'Suau Valentín': a Valentine's Day in Mallorca turned into bubbles
At Bodegas Suau we want to introduce our recipe for «Suau Valentín», our special cocktail to celebrate the day of love and friendship. Romantic, fruity, elegant… a sip of love that's very Mallorcan!
Ingredients
- 2 cl of Brandy Suau 15
- 1 cl of Suau Orange
- 2 cl of strawberry pulp (preferably fresh)
- 8 cl of cava or sparkling wine
- 1 fresh strawberry
Preparation
- In a mixing glass full of ice, pour the ingredients following the order of the recipe.
- Leave the cava or sparkling wine for last and add it gently to preserve its fine bubbles.
- Stir softly, almost like a whisper, just enough to harmonise the flavours.
- Serve in a cava glass, crowned with a fresh strawberry that adds colour, aroma and an irresistible touch of romance.
