You have 14 days to change your mind and return the purchased product in its original condition.

Return process

First, send us an email with "Return" in the subject line. Don't forget to specify the order number and the reason for your return.



Place the items in the original packaging and seal the package securely. Send us your package by mail.



Once we receive your package, we will quickly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account according to our return conditions.





Refund method

The refund will be made in the original method of payment.

Product conditions

We do not accept exchanges or returns of used items.



Returned items must be in good condition and with their original packaging. We do not accept returned items that are used, damaged or altered.



We will not accept the return of items without first contacting us.



We do not accept packages returned via C.O.D. service. Return shipping costs are not refundable.



All discount items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
