At Bodegas Suau we present our star summer cocktail: the Coloma. Elegant, refreshing, sparkling and very Mallorcan, it is a pink sunset served in a glass.

THE SUAU SUMMER RECIPE COLOMA: a pink sunset in a glass

Ingredients

  • Ice cubes
  • 60 ml of Suau Orange
  • 200 ml of pink grapefruit soda
  • 1 slice of grapefruit (fresh or dried)

Preparation

  1. Fill the glass with ice.
  2. Add the ingredients in order.
  3. Stir gently to blend the flavours.
  4. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and, if you like, a touch of mint.
