SUAU's recipe to celebrate Easter: 'PASSION OF PALMA'

'Pasión de Palma': a night procession on the palate
At Bodegas Suau we want to introduce our recipe for «Pasión de Palma», the ideal cocktail to celebrate Holy Week. Warm, elegant, spiced and with a very Mediterranean aroma!
Ingredients
- 5 cl of Ron Jungla Suau
- 2 cl of Vermouth Suau «El Mallorquín»
- 1 cl of honey and cinnamon syrup
- 1 cl of fresh orange juice
- 2 dashes of cacao bitter (approx. 1.8-2 ml)
- Large ice
- Orange peel
- Cinnamon stick
- Sprig of fresh rosemary
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass with plenty of solid ice.
- Stir gently for 15-20 seconds, until the mix is well chilled and diluted.
- Strain and serve in a rocks glass with a large cube of fresh, compact ice.
- Express the orange peel over the cocktail.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and a cinnamon stick.
