SUAU's recipe for the Day of the Balearic Islands: 'Balearic Spirit'

Ingredients

• 5 cl of Vermouth Suau «El Mallorquín»
• 2 cl of Brandy Suau 15
• 1 cl of dried Mallorcan herbs
• 1 dash of orange bitter (approx. 1 ml)
• Solid ice
• Thick orange twist
• Green olive or toasted almond
• Sprig of fresh rosemary

Preparation

1. Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass with plenty of ice.
2. Stir gently for 15-20 seconds, until the mix is well chilled and slightly diluted.
3. Strain and serve in a rocks glass over fresh, compact ice.
4. Express the orange peel over the cocktail and run it gently around the rim of the glass.
5. Garnish with an orange twist and a green olive or toasted almond. If you like, add a sprig of rosemary for an aromatic, elegant touch.
