MEDITERRANEAN OASIS: The elegance of brandy, the freshness of summer
At Bodegas Suau we present the recipe for “Mediterranean Oasis”, a tropical cocktail inspired by the coves of Mallorca and the contrast between the blue of the Mediterranean and the green of the pine groves. Fresh, tropical, sophisticated… and unmistakably Mallorcan!
Ingredients
- 50 ml of Brandy Suau 15
- 30 ml of passion fruit purée
- 20 ml of natural pineapple juice
- 15 ml of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 10 ml of coconut syrup
- 2 dashes of orange bitters (optional)
- 30 ml of soda or sparkling water
- Ice
Preparation
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add the brandy, passion fruit purée, pineapple juice, lime juice, coconut syrup and bitters.
- Shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
- Serve in a tall glass with fresh ice.
- Top up with the soda.
- Stir gently.
