'Flor de Tramuntana': where the aromas of the Mediterranean bloom
At Bodegas Suau we present the recipe for «Flor de Tramuntana», a cocktail that captures the essence of the Mediterranean in every sip. Elegant, light, refreshing… very Mediterranean and full of spring!
Ingredients
- 5 cl of Maior Gin
- 2 cl of Suau Orange
- 2 cl of fresh lemon juice
- 1.5 cl of mild honey syrup
- 6 cl of premium soda or floral tonic
- Ice
- Fresh rosemary
- Sóller orange peel
- Edible flowers (optional)
Preparation
- Fill a balloon glass or tall glass with ice.
- Add the Maior Gin, Suau Orange, lemon juice and honey syrup.
- Stir gently for 10 seconds.
- Top up with soda or floral tonic.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary, orange peel and flowers.
